The room was perfect and reasonably spacious and offered a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The hotel's position was good, just next door to the center of the city, Al Jaddaf metro station and Downtown Dubai.

The stuff where affable and supper friendly and provided help. The a double room was reasonably spacious with beautiful view, so that guests had essentials. There were a mini-bar, satellite TV and climate control too.

I truly enjoyed quiet and perfect room here.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini fridge bar. The hotel had favourable and absolutely perfect location just off the restaurant, and Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Dubai.

During my recent stay at S19 Hotel Al Jaddaf, I had a fantastic experience. The staff at reception, especially Lee, went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth and early, allowing us to settle into a stunning room with a beautiful view. The hotel itself was incredibly clean, with fresh bed sheets and towels provided daily. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk to the al jadaff metro station. We also found convenient shops and a pharmacy nearby. The pool on the first floor offered a breathtaking view of the city, including the iconic Burj Khalifa. The staff, including Sajid, were friendly and attentive. The hotel may still be new, but it definitely surpassed all our expectations.

While the location was great for accessing the metro, it did take around 30 minutes to reach Downtown Dubai. Additionally, the wifi signal could be a bit weak at times, but it was manageable.

The location turned out to be favourable and perfect. Bur Dubai district was worth visiting...

Overall the service was good! The a double room was outstanding and new-fashioned, with a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. All the staff were amiable, best. The setting was unbeatable, near the restaurant, Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa and Al Jeddaf metro station.

The rooms of our place were new-fashioned with beautiful view. The staff was very helpful plus the location was strategic. Also, it was 2 miles from Dubai Dolphinarium.

We had a pleasant stay of night and day.

The hotel was fairly cleanwith modern interior and nestled in a new building. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, not far from Al Jeddaf metro station❤👌

I loved how the hotel generously provided free parking, a fitness center, and a restaurant. The staff were so attentive and helpful, it felt like they were mind readers! The pool was the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

What an unexpected surprise it was to find a shower head that couldn't be adjusted. How fun it was to have misty water spraying all over me!

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure that guests are satisfied. the location is also great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic feature and saved me a lot of time and hassle in the mornings.

There really isn't much to dislike about this hotel! the only minor issue I had was with the coffee in the morning.
